"The death of a loved one whether anticipated or not, is one of the most stressful experiences that you will encounter during your life. Grief is our response to this loss and is a normal, natural and healthy response," Margaret Welch - The Salvation Army Counselling Service.
The Salvation Army Counselling Service provides caring, confidential and professional counselling regarding a range of issues, including grief and bereavement.
Creightons Funeral Service is proud to support The Salvation Army's Counselling and Bereavement Service which offers counselling to clients experiencing grief following the loss of a loved one.
We understand that seeking counselling can be difficult, however when dealing with the loss of a loved one, talking to a trained counsellor can be helpful. The Salvation Army offers sessions with a counsellor that are completely confidential, providing clients with comfort and assistance during the difficult time following their loss.
The Salvation Army Counselling and Bereavement Service are committed to giving the highest quality of care and maintaining strict confidentiality. We encourage anyone who has recently lost a loved one, or is supporting someone experiencing grief, to contact a Salvation Army Counselling representative.
